The Russian metallurgical company "Gazmetall" conducts negotiations with businessman Alisher Usmanov about confluence with the "Industrial union of Donbassa" of Sergey Taruta and Vitaly Gayduka. Control in the incorporated company by the cost $17-20 milliards, the Russian side must get, "Kommersant" informes.

Yesterday the general manager of "Gazmetall" Max Basov confirmed to " Kommersant " the "presence of consultations between sides". According to the words, workings groups which are engaged in "working of possibilities for integration were created".
