“Donbass Industrial and Transportation Enterprise”,  LLC has two main directions of its development. They are output and social directions which are closely connected with each other. The former is aimed to extend the professional abilities of organization, to achieve the  highest rate of its business authority, the later is aimed to create the most favourable social conditions for its workers, to achieve the worthy rate of theirs well-being.          
For the last year the enterprise has  made considerable investments in order to extend the range of services given. This also means the solution of such output issues which recently were considered to rise only in distant future.  Nowadays the dominant development tendency is the tendency to obtain the leading position on the international market.    
But future entrance on international market does not mean that the enterprise is going to leave the internal Ukraine market where it has firm business ties. From our point of view the entrance on international market is the subsidiary goal. The main goal of  “Donbass Industrial and Transportation Enterprise”,  LLC will always be the work on internal market.
